My wife and I were in Florence and I decided on a whim to rent a bike improv. This was poor planning because Firenze is a cycling MECCA. Nevertheless, this shop was phenomenal. From customer service to accommodations with locals showing me the best climb (Vallombroosa). Coming from USA climbs like these are dime in a dozen. this shop is a must for an avid cyclist or those looking for a simple rig to get around the city. If you find yourself in Florence looking for rentals GO HERE!

Great place to rent a bike. Online system works fine. For touring bike I needed to give them card details, for gravel/road bike they would hold 1000 euro as a deposit. Bike was well maintained, no issues during our 40 km ride. Things like a pump, spare tube, and multitool comes with no additional charge. I’d just appreciate if they clean helmet more regularly.

It’s the best idea to rent bikes so you can see all the beauties Florences offers. There are enough bike lanes and mostly flat riding. The bikes were light, smooth and run well. They offered bike locks so we could lock anywhere (Florence is pretty safe to lock up bikes). Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great little bike shop rented a road bike for one day in Feb 2025.
We’ll set up with helmet and tool kit included in price (great choice of helmets)
Bike well set up road 159 kn with 3000m +ve no issues.

I normally never leave a review but love my bike ride. Rented a gravel bike for a day at a fair price. This is a good bike shop. You feel it right away when you enter the store.

They also have trails/ride informations on their website on Strava so you can be offline on your cellphone and for tourist like me who didn’t knew the nice rides.

Did the 78km in Tuscany and it was awesome!
